Greek yogurt chocolate "pudding." High protein, low sugar. Review: SUCH a great chocolate fix!!! I mixed a container of plain greek yogurt with some about 1-2 Tbs cocoa powder, 1 Tbs stevia, and a Tbs of warm PB. It was an amazingly creamy NON bad-for-you 9pm snack. Sooooo making this again.
My own recipe! THM coconut cream! 1 pkg cream cheese, 1can coconut milk, 1tsp vanilla, 2 tsp glucomannan, NuNaturals stevia to taste, whip in kitchen aid for 3 min, add raw coconut flakes!!! Yum!!!~Keslie

Tropical Good Girl Moonshine The variations to the basic recipe of this revolutionizing drink are endless. Quart jar with water and ice 2 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar 1-2 Tbs. lemon juice (concentrate or fresh) 1/4-1/2 tsp banana extract 1/4-1/2 tsp coconut extract Stevia to taste (try 1-2 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder)
S - Pancake- Choc-chip with cinnamon cream ~ - 1 flax egg (1 Tb flax meal + 2.5 Tbsp water, sit til thick) - Add - 1 ripe medium banana - ts baking powder - pinch seasalt - ts vanilla - Tb nut or seed butter - Tb coconut or macadamia oil - 3 Tb coconut milk or nut/seed milk - 1/2 cup GF oats - 1/4 cup nut/seed flour - 3 Tb SF choc chips - Cook pancakes ~ TOPPING, whip 1/2 c coconut cream, ts vanilla, ts cinnamon, Tb coconut oil or Tb nut butter, freeze til firm.
