Here is another from KTA up for auction. Item Description: A fine sky blue brocaded silk caraco jacket, circa 1740-45, with winged cuffs, short peplum skirt with two faux pockets, green ribbon ties to the front, the silk, probably Spitalfield with gold and silver leaf scrolls Snowshill Manor includes a similar caraco jacket in bright red brocaded silk with winged cuffs which is dated 1735-40.
Detail sleeve, "Merveilleuses" caraco, France, c. 1795-1800. Silk pekin taffeta green and blue brocaded with small moons and bouquets. Fully piped with pale yellow braid. Long sleeves oversized and widely covering hands, six buttons on each handle.

Dress/pelisse, cotton, ca 1815
c1810 3/4 length summer pelisse or overdress. Gauze embroidered with dots, ivy and bluebells, Frilled collar. Scalloped edgeing. Ties at front waist.
Spencer jacket in silk, c. 1810. "Beautiful stand-up collar, short sleeves. Passament embroidery / ornamental trimmings in front and back. 23 hand made decoration-buttons." (found via Kath)
