tribesports: The final workout in our Zombie Survival Series was created for Tribesports by top calisthenics coach Al Kavadlo. The Under Siege Workout is a body weight only routine designed to give you a full body workout in a situation where you have no access to any equipment. It is the perfect workout to stay fit when you find yourself hiding away and under siege from zombies, awaiting rescue or an opportunity to escape.

Do you have a stiff neck? Sore back? Do you hold stress in your shoulders? These are great stretches to relieve pain, soreness & stiffness.
