Baked Turkey Quinoa Meatballs (Dr. Oz) Ingredients 1 lb lean ground turkey 2/3 cup quinoa, cooked 3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed 1 egg 1/4 cup diced red onion 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 cup chopped parsley, plus more for garnish 1/2 tsp dried basil and oregano 2 cups of tomato sauce Salt, to taste Lettuce leaves

Baked Turkey Quinoa Meatballs

Quinoa Breakfast Bites 1 C cooked quinoa, warmed 1/2 C shredded mozzarella or cheddar 2 egg whites 1 clove garlic, minced 1 t salt 1/3 C chopped fresh spinach leaves Oven 350 degrees spray a mini muffin tin Mix warm quinoa w cheese to melt the cheese. Add egg whites, garlic, salt, and spinach leaves. Stir Spoon mixture into mini muffin tins, filling to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
