    I keep giving lentils a try because of the health benefits but could not acquire the taste. I didn't realize I was over cooking them until I made this recipe. I always made them in a soup and they tasted mushy. This recipe is amazing and now you can consider me a lentil lover!

    I was the same way! I started cooking them in chicken or beef stock and it made a huge difference.
