Holy Yum Chicken - Table for Two
Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast. 4 boneless chicken breast, halves, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated, 1 1⁄2 tsp seasoning salt, 1⁄2 tsp black pepper, ground, 1 tsp garlic powder, Mix mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings. Spread mixture over chicken breast and place in baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.

Ingredients 1 bag of frozen cheese filled tortellini 1 jar of alfredo sauce ½ jar of marinara sauce ½ cup shredded mozzarella ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Preheat the oven to 350. Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Mix with the sauce and in an baking dish. Top with mozzarella and parmesean. Bake for fifteen minutes. Then broil for five minutes.
Joe's Crab Shack Crab Cakes. 2/3 cup mayonnaise; 5 egg yolks; 2 tsp lemon juice; 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 2 tsp Dijon mustard; 2 tsp black pepper; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp blackening seasoning; 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes; 1/2 cup crushed, chopped parsley; 2 1/2 cups breadcrumbs; 2 lbs crabmeat. Mix all ingredients together. Make into 4 oz. patties. Coat with flour and fry in 1 inch of oil until golden brown.
