Firm Arms: 2. Stand with feet hip width apart. Hold 3-5 lb. dumbell in right hand, arm extended straight overhead. Use left hand to support right elbow. Bend elbow lowering dumbell behind head. Then press back to the start. Do 2 sets of 10 reps, resting 30 seconds between sets. Then repeat with opposite arm. NOTE: Prevention.com has alternate exercises for less or more difficultness.
