There are several methods to baking a potato, but this is my favorite because the potato skin is crispy and salty and the insides are soft and fluffy. - Also saw Alton Brown do this method. It works great! No more bland potatoes!

Roasted Potatoes~ All you do is cook a pierced potato in the microwave until it’s soft all the way through – about 6-7 minutes total, flipping over every 1-2 minutes. Cut the potato in half, then cut each half into squares. Don’t cut all the way through, just down to the skin. Season with butter, parmesan cheese and Lowry’s seasoning salt, then pop them into the middle rack of your oven set to broil for 10-15 minutes. Crispy, cheesy, salty & creamy. You can eat these with a fork, but it’s more fun to pull apart the squares and eat them with your fingers. Why not?

I never knew... Cover each potato in aluminum foil and place in a crock-pot. Easy way to have baked potatoes ready when you get home from work! Cook on low for about eight hours. Load them up with your favorite toppings, serve with a big salad and dinner is served!
