Zucchini Chips These are good--and I've done them with squash too! I slice them thin, dip in egg/milk mixture then roll in original flavored bread crumbs with panko. Salt, pepper, paprika and spray the top with olive oil cooking spray. Bake at 350 until brown and crisp. We like them dipped in Ranch dressing, but tonight I'm going to mix up some "fake" Cane's sauce!

Load them up with your favorite toppings, serve with a big salad and dinner is served! best part is, you may not have to clean the crockpot!
