Cinnamon Streusel Baked French Toast ~ Says: This was so amazing. I made it for brunch this weekend and everyone asked for the recipe. I baked it for 50 minutes and it came out soft and chewy on the inside with a delicious cinnamon sugar crust on the outside. The house smelled so good when it was cooking. It was also great to prepare it the night before and just pop it in the oven before my guests arrived. I love easy entertaining recipes.
Overnight Cinnamon Baked French Toast Christmas breakfast..yes!
Last pinner said...I do this daily (: Perfectly cooked, shaped eggs - and you can bake a whole lot simultaneously: Just grab a muffin tin and and very lightly oil each spot in the tin with either butter or spray oil. Then crack an egg in each muffin area! Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Put on a English muffin, with shredded cheese. Can be frozen and reheated. Brilliant!
Baked oatmeal to go--totally gonna make these and use instead of granola bars! Cheaper AND you know exactly what goes in them! :)
Cinni minis made from crescent roll dough (an old Southern Living recipe). I've made these for Christmas morning for years - they really are that easy & that yummy!
Another pinner said: Brilliant! Why didn't I know this already? -- This link is actually for breakfast sandwiches (which you can freeze, who knew?!) but I also love the idea to cook eggs in muffin tins if you have a lot of people to feed and don't want to slave over a hot stove the whole time. ♥
