Start with a teaspoon and go up from there. 1-2 cups of water Raw honey to sweeten Mylk sub of choice (I went with fresh coconut milk but almond and hemp would both be delicious)
Chocolate chip cookies made with coconut oil! - No butter or white sugar! These can be made in a large batch so all you have to do is add the coconut oil, egg and vanilla to the dry ingredients. 1 1/2 cups cookie mix, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1 egg, 1/2 tbsp vanilla. Mix together and it makes 6 large cookies. Double or triple the dry ingredients and keep in a container for however long.

I sprayed the pan with PAM instead of using butter and then ate them with some blueberries and sliced banana .. no syrup or butter needed - very filling! :o) I think next time I'll add the blueberries to the mix and might try with whole wheat flour too.
