Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed pork loin- this was delicious and very easy! I did not use my crock pot, instead I seared the pork loin on all sides in a roasting pan, then transferred it to a 450F oven and continued cooking until internal temp reached 145F. Meanwhile, heated and thickened glaze on stove and then brushed it over the pork loin. Sliced, served with remaining glaze. Excellent!
HoneyButter Pork Tenderloin-4 tbs butter, 2 tbs honey, 1 1/2 lbs pork tend., 1/2 tsp Tony’s, 1/2 tsp blk pepper, 3/4 cup water. In an ovenproof pot, heat butter &honey over medium heat til melted. Sprinkle pork tenderloin w/ Tony’s & blk pepper. Brown each side 5 mins. Lower heat if honey begins to burn. Place in 375 oven & roast for 15-20mins.Remove from oven, put pork on a plate &cover. Add water to pot &stir over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, til sauce thickens, pour over pork.
