Cookie Dough Ice Cream Pizza: 1 roll of cookie dough... press it into a pan of your choice.... then bake until golden about 20 minutes .... cool... then spread a 1/2 gallon of ice cream on top... (Can put crumbled cookies on top instead of dough) Freeze and then eat

(2 1/2 8-oz. pkgs) cream cheese-soft 1 c sugar 1/2 T vanilla 1/4 c cocoa 1 16-oz. carton CoolWhip Beat cheese, sugar, & vanilla. Beat in coco. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into prepared crust in 9x13 pan. Chill for 3 or more hrs.
