    Okay, my goals for February. I'm not a numbers person regarding my size/weight, so my goals are more fitness/eating orientated. First I would like to be back to running at least 20 minutes straight by mid February, with a short break and be able to finish up another 40 minutes to run around 5 miles. My second goal for February is to complete my new Jillian Micheals DVD Ripped in 30 days. My eating goal is to start consistently eating 5 servings of fruits/vegetables on a daily basis. I will revisit them mid February to update them for the remainder of the month.

    ‪#‎2fit2quit‬ Yesterday, I ran for 15 min, walked for 2, ran for 5 (then had to take a break, unable to avoid it), took 3 min off, then ran for another 15 minutes. I also had 2 servings of fruits/veggies.
