Chances are, you'll want to keep going once the 10 minutes is up, but even if you don't, that's OK--as long as you're being consistent and continuing to set bigger goals, you'll still see improvements.     I tried to be a morning person for 10 years before switching jobs and going back to night shift. I never did get used to it - some of use truly are night owls!
