Skillet Macaroni and Cheese: NEVER buy a box mix again, this is so fast and easy and WAY healthier (I use whole wheat pasta and the kids don't know the difference). I make this at least once a week. **Yum! Better than box mix for sure!
One-Pot Pasta - Martha Stewart. Boil penne 6 minutes less than al dente; add broccoli florets, and cook until penne is al dente. Drain; return to the pot, and toss with a couple of crushed garlic cloves, some olive oil, the zest and juice of a lemon, salt and pepper, and plenty of Parmesan. This sounds amazing.... must try!
Spaghetti with Spinach, Garlic, and Lemon. Adjusted the recipe to 3 servings. Absolutely delicious. I've made it 3 times and served to different ppl. Always a hit. Serve as main course, or pair with grilled chicken or shrimp or fish. Sooo good!!
