Asparagus Phyllo Appetizers -- 1 Package phyllo dough;1 stick unsalted butter, melted;1 bunch green asparagus, trimmed;½ cup parmesan cheese, grated;Coarse ground black pepper;½ cup mayonnaise;1 tbsp grated horseradish;1 tsp capers, minced;2 tsp whole seed mustard;salt and pepper to taste. For the sauce, mix mayo, horseradish, capers, seasonings. Blanch asparagus. Wrap in phyllo, buttering & putting cheese between three layers. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Roasted Purple Cabbage with Gorgonzola preheat oven to 425° slice cabbage into 1/2 inch slices and brush both sides with olive oil. roast for 25-30 minutes until edges start to brown. top with a few sprinkles of gorgonzola and roast for about 5 more minutes until cheese starts to bubble. Top with cracked pepper and enjoy!
