    I am starting to get wary of these vitamins that I get off of the Shelf at CVS. I tired their fish oil of this same brand and it does NOTHING (in fact supposedly there is a lawsuit for toxins in some of them... not sure if they are the same brand, but cheaper ones in general!) My acne is on the way to being 100% gone using this Cod oil my sister researched. SUPER expensive... but I think it's important to do research since this industry isn't regulated!

    I second Lianna, my PCOS is the kind that has HEAVY bleeding (I was hospitalized with a hemoglobin of 4...they give transfusions if you are under 10, normal is around 15). I bought this and took it for 2 weeks and my bleeding was really bad again. I researched it and it's bad news. Be very careful and also research--some herbal supplements interact with others in very bad ways!

Protein shake that tastes like Wendy's Frosty! Hmmm... 3/4 cup (6 ounces) almond milk (or milk of your choice) about 15 ice cubes, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1-2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener of choice (1/4 of a frozen banana or stevia).

    Splenda is worse than regular sugar. Try raw brown sugar, sugar isn't good but the brown is better than the white.

So yum. Will make again! Avocado Chicken Salad: 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,1 avocado,1/4 chopped onion, juice of 1/2 a lime, 2 Tbsp cilantro,salt and pepper, to taste. Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix with all other ingredients.
