DIY Storage bench Not sure what height this one was made to, but a great idea if you have a kitchen low on space. Add cushion, use bench as seating. Put bench against wall, push table against wall, pull out when you need the bench seating, great storage for tablecloths, and occasionally used kitchen things.
Pots high, dishes reachable, counter area, nix the microwave for more storage. Everything in easy reach with little movement.
I've had the chance to create a walkers haven along the Waikato River. I'd like to explore the work of other track builders by walking their routes. This was taken as we neared the end of construction of the Te Hikuwai Cycleway Boardwalk for Hamilton City Council. Walk it when you get a chance! #greatwalker

A century ago, the American diet was rich in omega-3 fats from fish and grass-fed beef, and the rate of depression may have been 100 times lower than it is today. The shift from neurotransmitter-regulating omega-3s to a diet rife with omega-6 fats found in soybean, corn, safflower, and sunflower oils has drastically altered the nutrient balance in our brains. To increase #omega-3s, eat ground flax, flaxseed oil, or fish like #salmon several times a week.
