Fit Personality- 5 set workout
Spider-Man Press-Up. Targets: Chest, Triceps, Abs, Obliques, Butt, Hips. Start in Push-up position, bring knee out to side to elbow, press up and return to start. Do 8 reps. Switch sides and repeat. Do 2 sets.
Mixing high-intensity cardio with oblique abs-targeting body weight exercises, this workout, when paired with healthy eating, will help you trim your waistline!
Hopefully this will help keep fruit and veggies from going bad too early. Smart things here. I have practiced many of these most of my life. I will add Tomatoes. I do not refrigerate them ever. I have a hanging basket in the kitchen for my tomatoes and if I cut it I eat the entire tomato then and there. They act of chilling a whole or cut tomato sucks the flavor away immediately.
