[Fitness] 30 Minute Own Body Weight Tabata Workout

Do before bed!!! I challenge you to dig up the discipline to get it done, I Dare You to build a better you when no one is looking!!! (NOT AUGUST THOUGH) hehe

Fight workout boredom with this "all over the place" workout!

FEEL THE BURN! Plank Workout - Do each of the 6 moves for 20 seconds. Repeat entire 2-minute circuit 3 times, taking a 30-second break in between each round. These kill me.

A arm workout for when you’re just beginning to work on your upper body strength.

Spider-Man Press-Up. Targets: Chest, Triceps, Abs, Obliques, Butt, Hips. Start in Push-up position, bring knee out to side to elbow, press up and return to start. Do 8 reps. Switch sides and repeat. Do 2 sets.

Motivation! Give me those legs!
