I like all of these EXCEPT for going to bed hungry. I will debate that to the Nth degree. You should NEVER feel hungry.. especially at bedtime. your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism plummets! Just for the record, I happen to be certified personal trainer as well as a nurse. My advice, eat a complex carb..apple... right before bed.
Everyone has their opinions about Crossfit. For me, what makes it truly addictive is that you walk in dreading and slightly afraid of your workout, yet you never want to miss it. All you want is to be better than the day before. It's painful, but it's worth it. If you're not at least a little afraid of your workout, you're not working hard enough.
