Avocado Hummus:Pulse in food processor:1 can chickpeas, 2 sliced avacados, juice of 1 lemon, 2-3 tsp. minced garlic, 1/4 c. water; taste & add salt, pepper; pulse. Drizzle in olive oil to nice consistency. Top w/ paprika (cilantro opt.). Serve w/ pita chips
