Limoncello Tart with Amaretti Cookie Crust and Blueberry Blackberry Sauce (From Proud Italian Cook blog): I fell in love with Limoncello when we were staying at the Amalfi Coast in Italy. I bought a bottle or two in Amalfi and Capri and have yet to cook with it. Maybe this is a good one to start with!
LIMONCELLO TART WITH AMARETTI COOKIE CRUST AND BLUEBERRY BLACKBERRY SAUCE
one small tub of nonfat greek vanilla yogurt with two tbsp. peanut butter, 1/2 tbsp. honey, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon. oh so good!
Chocolate No-Bake Energy Bites: 1/2 C nut butter(I used peanut butter) 1/3 C honey 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa 1 C rolled oats 3/4 C coconut(or any other dry ingredient, like oat bran, ground flax, wheat germ, ground nuts, etc) 1-2 tsp vanilla pinch sea salt 1/2 C add-ins(I used a mixture of roughly chopped dried cherries and chocolate). Warm nut butter and honey then pour in other ingredients. Roll into balls.
