Turn this Almond Brittle into a dried fruit and nut brittle extravaganza dipped in chocolate. I add dried apricots, homemade candied ginger and orange peel and toasted pecans and pistachios...dipped in a pool of warm Schmerling Swiss Chocolate. Make sure you use a bit of Kosher for Passover margarine if you are eating at a meat meal.
