Make it a solid point in every single workout to have a moment. Have a moment where you push yourself to the edge, at least for a second. You will never regret it, and your workouts will never be the same.

Only a few years ago I could do this...maybe after my pre-baby body is back I will be able to do it again?

Stay in shape to increase during these years so I will stay healthy into my very elderly years
