Just Desserts...Yummy

I make these every year for Christmas breakfast and they are fabulous! "Crack Sticks aka Cinnamon Cream Cheese Roll-Ups: Oh My Goodness! These are so easy and OH MY YUMMY GOOD...just white bread, crusts removed & flattened, spread w sweetened cream cheese, rolled jelly roll style, then dipped in cinnamon sugar & baked until crispy crunchy & cream cheese is hot & oozing. Delicious finger food for a brunch or shower."

No-Bake Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes. This is a quick and super-easy recipe to make, and the creamy, spicy filling will satisfy any pumpkin cravings you might have.

OMG....Pumpkin fluff dip = 16oz Cool Whip, small instant vanilla pudding package, 1 can pumpkin, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice = repinned

Your thanksgiving guests will be crazy for this: Pear Upside-Down Cake Brandied Bartlett pears caramelize on the bottom of the pan while the cake bakes, and then become the topping when the cake is flipped out of the pan.
