Doing push ups in this position is killer for the obliques! Aim for 30 reps on each side daily. Tone your arms and your abs.

All i can say is HOLY CRAP!!! 7 exercises that will have you losing 2 lbs. a week. Do it three times a week, on alternating days, to tighten up everywhere.
