How far we have come... A little ridiculous- but is where we have come to the correct way. What is so wrong with being a homemaker and a supportive wife? Wifes no longer support so men fail, men don't know how to support working women so they fail (yes there is a way to make both work) but I think where we are now is ridiculous.

Ironing - almost everything, even our sheets, in hot, humid summers with no air conditioning!! And those all cotton fabric clothes would immediately wrinkle when we put them on, even if Mom used starch. She worked so hard to keep us looking good and I never appreciated it when I was a kid ... sure do now, tho!
