1. Drink one glass of ice cold water every hour. 2. Drink 3 cups of green tea daily (for metabolism) 3. Take a good multi-vitamin and EFA's (fish oil capsules) daily 4. Walk or Dance around the house for exercise 5. Use smaller plates 6. Chew each bite of food thoroughly. 7. Sleep at least six hours a day. Every woman can end up with a belly pooch due to underworked lower abdominal muscles. This workout will tap into the deep abdominal muscles—the transverse abdominis—that pull in your waistline like a corset. Do these moves one after another with no rest in between. Then repeat the circuit so you're performing it a total of two times.
Kettle Bell Workout: I have a 15 lb bell at home but I forget all the different exercises. Printed this to have it handy. Like the sets of 10-12 through all 8 exercises, rest, then repeat for 3 circuits. Awesome for the days when I can't make it to the gym.
Once a week for 20 minutes, sit in a hot bath that contains a handful of Epsom salts, 10 drops of lavender essential oil, and a half cup of baking soda. This combo draws out toxins, lowers stress-related hormones, and balances your pH levels. Good to know!
