Easy Italian Chicken II Recipe: I got this idea from my mom, I make it pretty much just like this and it comes out juicy and yummy. PS--I put my chicken in a bowl, puncture them a little so the flavor absorbs, then pour on as much Italian as it takes to cover them and let it sit covered in the fridge all day while I'm at work. Perfect.

Soy sauce & brown sugar salmon marinade. Wrap it in foil and bake at 425° for approx. 15 minutes. YUM
brown sugar dijon porkloin: season loin & roast for 1/2 hour at 425F. Remove from oven & brush w Dijon then cover w brown sugar. Lower heat to 375F & continue roasting til done or internal temp is 175F. Let rest 10mins before carving. Easy & delicious!
So good!! 4-6 pieces Tilapia, 2 Tbls. Paprika, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp lemon pepper, 1.5 tsp garlic powder, 1.5 tsp ground red pepper, 1.5 tsp dried, crushed basil, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 cup unsalted butter melted (I'll use olive oil). Heat grill on high 5 minutes. Mix all seasonings in a bowl. Dip fillets in melted butter (or oil) and coat with seasonings. Place fillets on mesh grill sheet and cook 2 minutes on each side.
