Working out tips

We don't usually bash on other fitness companies, but we're pretty annoyed with womens health mags putting out shoddy fitness information. A squat should always be at or below parallel. Don't follow those silly pictures of women barely bending their knees, it's a huge waste of time. Get low or get out.
