Fat Free-Low Fat, Dairy Free, Oil/Margarine Free, Nut Free, Low-No Caffeine, Low Acid/IC FriendlyRecipes (Post Gallbladder surgery and Interstitial Cystitis diet)
Since Gallbladder removal in 2011, I can't eat high fat, red meat, salmon, dairy, margarine, egg yolks, vegetable oils, nuts, dried fruit, avocado, spicy foods, caffeine, citric and gassy fruits and vegetables like oranges, toamtoes, most beans(other than garbanzo beans/chick peas as those are recommended for my situation) and a lot more. I can have coconut oil as it does not require bile to digest. Also diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis and can't eat high acid foods, most fruits, Choco.
