Blast from the Past x

This community board should be fun! You can pin anything that reminds you of a time in you life that has gone by. Could be music, food, a car, film stars, clothes... it's up to you. As I look back at my childhood and teenage years the simpliest things are the most important and the most vividly remembered. Please add a reason for pinning your pics so that we can all share your memories. Feel free to visit the board as many times as you like and check up on what other people have been adding. Have fun, Susan Penny x

I grew up with these trees. My mom still has one and my grandmother had one. I always love putting the lights in tree each year. I can't wait to make one for myself

I feel like Chicken Tonight

Fried Bologna Sandwich

  • Sam Brotherton

The slices shouldn't be in the center. That just makes it curl up more. The best way to do it is to slice it about 1/3 of the way from center, out to the edge, like you would cut a pinwheel. That way, it won't curl up. I ate many fried bologna sandwiches growing up. I wouldn't touch it now, but they sure were good then!
