Place plate covered w/ paper towels. Set aside. In a small pan, heat franks hot sauce w/ brown sugar & water. Cook until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.     I make this all the's actually a traditional Italian recipe. I use hot Italian sausage and oregano, but otherwise it's the same recipe. Sometimes I'll toss everything in some tomato sauce before roasting. Yum.....
