Shrimp with Whole Wheat Couscous -- Whole-wheat couscous, found at the supermarket next to the rice and grains, has a deeper flavor than regular. Use it in place of regular or when you'd otherwise serve rice or orzo. Depending on the brand, whole-wheat couscous can also have up to six times as much fiber as the regular kind, made with semolina. Include corn and green beans, and this dish gives you a generous dose (plus protein from the shrimp) for satiety and calorie-saving.
