Baked Samosas! Filling: saute 1 onion, 1/2 lb ground beef, 1/2 t curry powder, salt. Fold in about a cup of boiled potato & baby carrot cubes, a handful of frozen peas. Sizzle 1/2 t each curry powder, cumin, coriander, and turmeric in butter and fold that in with a couple of spoonfuls of ginger mango chutney. Slice puff pastry sheet into 9 squares, brush with milk, fold & bake 400 F 20 minutes. Big hit!
