COWL-A-LICIOUS! #8/16" circ fingering weight - knit with 2 strands (stagger the colorway ) KNIT with SEED STITCH edge -Loosely cast on an odd number of stitches - around 99 stitches (place marker at start of round) -join - -Knit 1 round -Seed stitch (K1, P1) around 3 rounds (round 2 starts with P1) -knit, knit, knit - I knit until I was almost out of yarn - about 12 inches -To finish, knit 3 rounds of seed stitch, knit 1 round and bind off.
Roll cowl - Needles 24" or 32" circular needles US 13 Gauge per 4" 10 s Measurements About 47" all the way around Cast on 120 s loosely with double strands - 1 cotton and 1 alpaca. Knit the whole cowl in stockinette in the round with double strands. Cast off loosely when you run out of yarn or the cowl is about 8.6".
SUPER SIMPLE ONENIGHT COWL 1 skein, Bernat Roving yarn. Size 13 circular needles. 1. Cast on 49 stitches. If you’d like to make the cowl wider or smaller, cast on an odd number of stitches. 2. Join work togetherec. k1, p1, all the way across the row. Continue this, and you’ll be knitting all of your purl stitches, and purling all of your knit stitches. 3. Continue working almost out of yarn, making sure you’ve left enough yarn to bind off. Bind off loosely. Weave in your ends.
