Recipes, Copycat & Mixes
These are recipes of all sorts that are copycats, knock-offs, substitutes, or mixes for existing products, restaurant offerings, or pantry staples...all essentially recreations of something else. (There are also some "real" recipes contributed by the restaurant/producer/chef who originated the recipe.) Other recipes are found in many other boards, especially "Tips, ___," (for more mixes) and "Recipes, ___"

Dozens of recipes from Bahama Breeze Restaurants -- Shown: Bananas Supreme with Butterscotch (note: you have to have your own "loaf of banana bread" but this does give the butterscotch sauce recipe and instructions on how to put this amazing dessert together)
Previous pinner: "Outback Steakhouse Bloomin' Onion Recipe" -- SH: Click-through has this photo montage and a link to the recipe (including sauces) here: deep-fried.food.c... -- Note: Requires a deep fryer and the three photos at the recipe site indicate this perfect appearance might be a bit more difficult to achieve than hoped.
