Garlic Rubbed Roasted Cabbage Steaks I saw this a couple of weeks ago but didn't pin it so when I got ready to make it I couldn't find how they did it. My version was the cabbage steaks, salt/pepper and I ended up putting a dab of butter because I was out of Olive Oil. OMG it was the best cabbage we've ever had. My husband ate nearly the entire head.

I'm addicted to banana chips but hate all the extras in the store bought version, will have to try these -- Slice banana into thin chips, dip in lemon juice, and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake for 2 hours @ 200 degrees and flip. Bake for another 1.5-2 hours or until crisp. (They wont be totally crisp in the oven, but will harden as they cool) IMPORTANT STEP: Spray the cookie sheet with PAM
Clean banana bread: with honey and applesauce instead of oil and sugar!
Grilled Sweet Potato Medallions
Applesauce Oatmeal Pancakes. I add some sugar in the recipe, about a teaspoon per half batch, because the oats definitely need some sweetness! I also used old fashioned oats and let those soak in the milk for 5-10 minutes before I add in the rest of the ingredients so they become softer before cooking. If you can let them soak overnight, that is even better!
Honey Cloud Pancakes: egg whites and honey whipped up and baked with fruit..sounds so refreshing for the summer or for a nice brunch! :-)
