Healthy Deep Dish Breakfast Cookie. I could eat this everyday, and it's too easy. Mush 1 banana with 1/4 c apple sauce, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 c oats, 1 tbs walnuts, and 2 tbs raisins. Bake in small dish for 30 minutes at 350. Top with maple syrup.
Omg!!! Why have i never thought of this?! Mix pancake mix as directed and add cooked sausage crumbles. Spray mini muffin tin with Pam and full with pancake batter. Sprinkle the extra sausage on top and bake at 350 for 13 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup. Enjoy these delicious bites! Could even use bacon!
