Gluten free soy free seitan (that actually looks edible) Dead link 1/4 cup BRM Flaxseed Meal 1/2 cup BRM GF Rolled Oats 1-15 oz can Chili Beans or Red Beans, drained 1 tsp Chipotle Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Black Pepper 1/4 cup Instant Yeast Combine all ingredients in food processor. Let rise 5-7 minutes. Make small balls and flatten. Sear on each side, 5 minutes per side.
