Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup - Crock Pot 32 oz chicken broth 3 c water 2 1/2 c chopped cooked chicken 1 1/2 c sliced carrots 1 1/2 c sliced celery 1 1/2 c mushrooms, sliced 1/4 c chopped onion 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme, crushed 3/4 tsp garlic pepper 3 oz cream cheese 2 c dried egg noodles In a Crock Pot combine ingredients omitting the cream cheese & noodles, cook on low-heat for 6 -8 hr. Turn cooker to high stir in cream cheese & dry noodles. Cook for 20 mins or until noodles are tender.
