English Toffee Bites- a classic recipe *NOTE: this recipe is amazing! It's super easy and doesn't call for a bunch of crazy ingredients. My mama and I made these for Christmas and we'll have to make more because my brothers ate them all before the company could come. Try making them in mini cupcake tins! They turn out perfectly round and adorable!!!
The gentleman who gave me this recipe told me he’d been making candy for over 45 years and this was the Billion Dollar Bar as far as he was concerned. He’d made divinity, all sorts of fudge, tempered chocolate, spun sugar, and pulled taffy, but this is his favorite.
