vegan banana pecan muffins--1/2 cup maple syrup isn't egregious, but I'd bet you could get away with even less (1/4-1/3 cup) since there are 3 full bananas in these.

harvest cake with vanilla cream-- gluten free AND low sugar and loaded with veggies... I liked this a lot, but I may actually try bumping up the sugar in the cake itself a bit the next time since I didn't serve it with the cream topping
