I used gluten free flour, Ener-G egg replacer and did not include the onion since I ran out of them. Instead, I added some ginger, white pepper and oregano to mimic the taste of onion - it worked! Also, I used coconut milk and rice cheddar 'cheese.' I didn't have any mixed herb blend, so I used 1 tablespoon of each - basil, marjoram, rosemary and thyme (I doubled the recipe.) DELICIOUS!
