Avocado Chicken Salad I used half an avocado, one can chunk white chicken, one boiled egg, and a little mayo and mustard to hold it all together. If your avocado is ripe enough you don't need the mayo/mustard but mine wasn't creamy enough. Delish and lots of protein.
