These look good! Breakfast Casserole Muffins. Crescent roll, cooked bacon (wavy not crispy), tator tot, rolled up. Put in muffin pan and add scrambled eggs. Cook until done. Can add cheese too! Yummy!

A small skillet, pan fry enough tator tots to cover the bottom then mash to form a crust, let brown a little then melt a small amount of cheese, whisk a couples eggs and pour onto crust, let set and sprinkle with salt, pepper and real bacon bits, cover and cook on low until egg is cooked thoroughly then melt cheese on top. :)
