    I make this at least 1-2 times a month. My family and I love seafood. I use pretty much the same ingredients. There's one seasoning that I can't leave out when making seafood dishes..... Old Bay!!! The Best!!

    I would forgo brd. crmbs, use Parmesan Chs, Sour Crm & Spinach in rolled up chicken breast `DIP in egg/milk, roll in Parm. chs & Idahoan inst. Pot flakes~Saute in butter~MUCH better than Brdcrumbs! Try it~Yummy!

    Hope it turns out well, Julian! You could also use Provolone Chs, but Parmesan does better w/ Spinach..& Coating mix~gives a fantastic crust!
