Farmer's Casserole 6 c. frozen shredded hash browns 1 1/2 c.shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cups diced cooked ham 1/2 c. sliced green onions 8 large beaten eggs Two 12-ounce c. evaporated milk 1/4 t.salt 1/4 t.pepper Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onion. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in dish.Bake at 350 45-55 min.

put bacon strips in muffin tin and then add whipped eggs with a little cheese about 3/4 full. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-35 min. YUM!!!

How To: Pancake bites Pancake bites. Use your favorite mix, pour into muffin tins, add fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, sausage, bacon... bake 350 for 12-14 min. :) these were amazing!! Nice and easy in the morning to warm up if you make them the night before and everyone gets what they like!
