I thought Taco Spaghetti was possibly two dinners, smashed into one, so it sounded appealing, but it's actually an amazing casserole. More like Chili Mac than a Taco, really, this is a good meal served with Tortilla Chips and a Green Salad. Reserve your judgment on this one until after you try it. TIP: The recipe calls for a cup of black olives. I love olives, but I think it needs about a quarter cup. Plus, I baked mine for at least 30 minutes, until it got golden brown. Yum.
